Payment Policy

We only accept payment via paypal. Our paypal email address is sweetlyboutique@gmail.com . You dont need to have a Paypal account to use the system. Just click ' checkout with Paypal ' after you have finished with your items selection. You can choose to pay as Guest using either a debit or a credit card. Regret that no cancellation of order will be allowed once payment is made.

Shipping Policy

We ship out orders internationally via normal registered airmail with tracking numbers from Malaysia. If you are staying in Australia, Europe, The United States or anywhere near, it would take around 10 business days or so for a shipment to reach you after it is being shipped out. We will automatically upgrade the shipping service to express shipping via DHL that will reach in 3 to 5 business days if the combined shipping + handling cost paid is enough. Excess in combined shipping + handling cost paid will be refunded, if any.

Handling Time

Normally, we will ship out our orders within 1 to 5 business days. However, handling time could take longer at times depending on the quantity and complexity of orders. If you need anything fast, please do let us know in advance to avoid disappointment.

Refund Policy

We do not entertain to requests for refund, return nor exchange once payment has been made unless wrong items are sent.
